Arrow 3/8-in Corded Electric Staple Gun

Not good over 1/4 inch staples.

Was excited to have a staple gun that would drive staples better than my manual gu. However; it’s not this one. Anything over 1/4 inch it would not do it. I wanted to use a minimum of 1/2 inch. Other than that it worked okay.

Stiff and sticky from the factory causing misfires

Out of the box the stapler would misfire when using the brads. The staples seemed to be OK after a number of weak fires of staples. At first I noticed that if I tried to load two lengths of brads, they would bend out of place at the split. Reverting to a single length, I found that I could sink only one brad into the wood and then I would get empty fires as if the nails were not advancing into the firing chamber. Better penetration vs. manuals--worth extra $

This stapler met our needs well. The only reason for 4 stars is sometimes one or two staples would come apart from the rest in the magazine holding a full row.
