Bad Snowblower
I purchased this snowblower in November 2021, and it has only functioned correctly once. It will not start consistently despite all my attempts. I have at various times tried cleaning the carburetor, changing the oil, replacing the spark plug, draining and replacing the gas, and I even took a small engine repair class to have an expert show me what if anything I was doing wrong. We were able to get it working, but a month later, it is not starting again. This was a horrible investment for me, an...
Great little blower
I own one 20" crossover for almost 30 years with no problems and bought a new 2022 model one in October 2023 just as a back up, for Ariens build a great snowblower but nothing last forever. I could be wrong?

Wish I could tell you how the product worked
Product was damaged twice (both the initial shipment and the replacement shipment). Hard to get somebody at Lowes to address the situation.

US made heavy metal
USA made! Lots of metal, not plastic! So I have high hopes, but have not used it yet - it's August

Made me sick to my stomach; I raised it from a pup. I'm 66 years old and I'm confident that the auger assist will be just fine as it has been in the past. I bought a bigger SB but it extended way to far to allow walking between the machine and the car. This machine is compact and fits in a nice little corner of my garage. It's true that if ...
