Installation guide is junk
The installation guide is totally off with regard to where the holes should be drilled. DO NOT follow the guide. Very disappointed!
Too lightweight to last....
The mailbox was already scratched when it came :-( Rather flimsy compared to our old one. Wanted a new one this color but decided to stick with our old box until we can find one that might last a while. The color was, however, as depicted.
Mailbox OK. Don't use the template for mounting.
The mailbox is fine but beware: the included template does not match up to the holes for mounting the mailbox. We foolishly drilled holes based on the template. It would actually be better if they didn't include a template; we would have just marked where to drill based on the holes in the box itself.
Go store and buy.
Thought it was a darker brown with a texture finish. Ad was not explaining the real mail box.
Nice mailbox, needs longer screws
The mailbox itself is fine and looks nice, but the screws included were WAY too short. Had to buy longer screws to securely attach it to our house.
Online shopping is great
In store pickup was very convenient and the product was as described online. The quality appears to be quite nice, too.

Very nice box for hanging outside the door instead of walking to the mail station in the apartment complex. Letters fit perfectly.
Red is colorful
Its red and its larger I love it, adds color to my white house with black trim..
Attractive mailbox, decent size, easy to mount
Installed this same mailbox for a previous address - it holds up well and is easy to install!
I highly recommend this item and wasvery easy to install on my gate with wire.
