Loved this for 2 years. Then it leaked and then what? Cannot find any help online. Will have to physically go to Lowe's and discuss how to pursue the 5 year warranty for a replacement to see what happens.
What happened to the lifetime warranty?
The faucet is nice and worked well for about a year, but then the three setting button on the pull down nozzle stopped functioning and was stuck on the high pressure setting. Every time you turned the water on it would spray everywhere. I'm sure it's a simple parts issue, but AquaSource has ignored my emails for 6 months now. I expected more from this company and for $150. I guess I'll just have to buy a new faucet for another $100 to $200, but it won't be an AquaSource.

I bought this sink and after a few months it started to leak. Luckily my husband knows how to fix it but it happens at least once a month and we've had it for almost two years. I was so fed up that I took the time to go through my purchases to find it and leave a review. This was such a waste of money! I this I could buy a better product from local dollar store!
Great product, easy installation, good price
Would recommend this for the price and quality. No problems yet, looks great and works very well. Nice having three settings, too. Very easy to pull down and reseats easily and fully every time.

I am shopping online to replace this faucet. I love the way it looks however the quality is horrendous! As mentioned in another review, this faucet leaks and the water has damaged my granite countertops. This continual leak has also damaged the seal of the granite. I hope to buy a similar faucet with better quality, Although it is relatively inexpensive, who wants to throw $150+ away? Especially given the additional damage to my countertops... I will never trust this brand again!
Not the best quality but fit our budget and decor
We bought this 1 year and 10 months ago to go with our kitchen remodel. I liked the color, design, price and have had a lot of compliments on it. After all this time we have had a couple of issues but overall I still like the faucet and have no intention of replacing it as my issues so far have been what I consider to be minor. Issue #1 the soap dispenser leaves residue after it is pushed which causes the soap to cake up. You have to pull it out, rinse with warm water and it will work again but...
GREAT FAUCET
This faucet is well worth the money and is a great value. We were unsure how the color would match within our kitchen, but went out on a limb and we are SO glad we did. I love the features that this faucet offers. The installation was very quick and painless. I love that you can switch between spray functions without shutting off the water. We we greatly surprised to see how easy the soap refill was as well. It is a GREAT purchase!

Love this faucet,my husband installed it, works great .Strong pressure, probably could shoot water across the house, choose not to try though. easy to use.Love the soap dispenser, replaces a lot of plastic bottles,YEAH!!
