I have an 16x32 in ground pool and a yard of mature trees. After fighting for years to vacuum all of the leaves, helicopters, stringy things and other accoutrements I finally got smart and bought this. It has enough suction to pick up all of my tree things. It can clog if I plunge into a pile of leaves but so does my vacuum. The bag lets dead algae through but I clean that up with regular vacuuming. Cheap & Efficient!
Don't let the size fool you. This small handheld pool vacuum was just what we needed to clean our pool. After researching fancy vacuums of all sorts and makes, we were not trying to kill our pockets amongst the million other items needed for pool maintenance. This thing is impressive! Got our pool clean, we were shocked I mean it picked up BIG debri of all kinds. Our pool floor sparkled. Buy it, you will save your pockets big time!
It’s cheap but worth it!
We’ve spent hundreds of dollars on different types of vacuums. We even have a robot one that goes on its own, but this $25 little vacuum cleans better than any other vacuum! So worth it!!

After reading the reviews i tweaked it myself..attached my pool extended pole to it....put a cut panty hose leg inside the white debris bag and duct taped it on...was so easy to use and i cant believe how well it worked picked up everything in the bottom of the pool...great back up

Perfect little vacuum when not wanting to use skim
We recently had some concrete work done around the pool and it left a significant amount of debris in the pool. I did not want to damage my pool skimmer/filter setup by vacuuming to waste through my filter and found this small filter at Lowes. I was not sure if it would work well, but all I had to do was attach my garden hose and go to work. All in all, this little handheld vacuum removed about 100 pounds of dirt and concrete debris from the bottom of my pool.
