I had an issue with item, but Lowe’s was unable to help because I purchased this last year, but didn’t use until a few weeks ago because we still had our old vacuum then. Anyway, I picked it up to throw it away & noticed that there is a number on the side of the vacuum with the phone number directly to Aqua EZ. didn't even last a whole season like others have stated very cheaply made button that holds the tank on broke within the first week but I fixed it lasted for about 2 months battery life is horrible about 20 mins and didn't make it but maybe 5 recharges before it broke and wouldn't turn on anymore ..... I'd highly advise against purchasing one of these !
Could Be Improved
Overall I like the product. Works ok for picking up a small quantity of leaves or getting calcium flakes from my salt pool as a byproduct of the chlorine generator. Don't expect it to grab large quantities of material, the filter basket appears to be about 2 cups. A couple of things I don't like after using this device for awhile: 1. On off switch is difficult to turn. The switch is round and made of hard slippery plastic. It seems like after using and the unit dries out the first turn on ...
