we have 3 bathrooms with these under counter sinks chosen because we like the look. However within a year the chrome ring that fits into overflow broke on three of the five sinks and finding replacement parts is difficult

Not made the same as they were in the past

I have three of these sinks. Bought one in 2008 or 2009. I loved the look and no issues. I bought two more in 2016 & at first glance it looks the same, but it is not. The first issue we had was finding out from a granite countertop fabricator that the sinks were not square, ie the sides of the sink/front to back, were not parallel to each other. Great product. Converting a single sink vanity to a double and this was the perfect size.
