I bought 2 vortex toilets 4or5 years ago I have to replace the flappers on one. I went to where I bought the toilets they said that there was a ten year warranty on the parts and I had to get them from American standard. I called American Standard. They wanted to know if I still had my receipt who saves receipts that long. I had to give them the model number, from that they should know how old the toilet is. They made me pay for the flappers.
