You need this device, Period!
One month use so far. Really helpful for diagnosing hvac issues. High VOC lead me to check fresh air damper. Found failed motor not opening the damper. One improvement I think would be maybe in the app to calibrate temp and humidity. Four other devices showed 5-6 points lower relative humidity. Temp differences too. Otherwise a very useful tool.

It has a nice collection of sensors and is well designed. My only criticism is that over the bluetooth connection the syncing only happens when the app is open. It feels like it should be able to happen in the background even if it only happens every few hours or something.
