Perfect for compressing snow
We live in southeast Idaho at 6200 feet elevation and get a lot of snow. The snowblower can easily pick up stones on our thousand foot gravel driveway. Towing the roller behind my 4WD ATV compresses and packs the snow into the road beautifully. I And like everybody else in this part of the country, we battle voles coming up to the surface during winter and eating the grass. Make sure all the pieces are there.
We only received the roller. The tow bar, scraper and plugs were all missing. We contacted Lowe's and told them and we were told someone would contact us. That was over a week ago and we have yet to hear anything from them. It is disappointing and frustrating no to mention the price tag for an item we cannot even use.

It is it with good price especially with veterans.
I bought the smaller roller, but it just wasn't heavy enough. My first roller was large, but plastic and the plastic would indent going over the lawn. You need a steel roller. I put water with anti freeze in the roller and only drain it out after a few years. Just don't leave the filled water roller on the ground all winter or you'll get a flat spot.I use an engine lift to put it on Jack's. if you can't, you'd be better off emptying it.
Looks well built but....
Received the unit and could not put it together because the wrong hitch tubes were supplied. They would not even fit over the roller shaft.... let alone having to insert the bears into them. Called Customer service at Agri Fab and now need to wit for them to send the parts...

Worth what I paid for it.
The roller drum itself is well constructed, but the tow bar seems cheap. The bolt together hitch keeps loosening if I have to back up & the nylon roller bushings are ill fitting. But, considering the price, its worth what I paid.
