Agri-Fab 42-in 20-cu ft Tow Lawn Sweeper

worst thing possible

This unit doesn't stand for it worth. The wheels are made with plastic gears that mash into metal pinion gear and wears out the gear on the wheel for the sweeper. didn't last no more then a month. stripped gear and brushed stop working. Very poor design

Great!

This product worked great but arrived damaged. It was cosmetic but they could still do a better job packing it. The actual product swept great.

Durability

Pine straw

This sweeper does a good job on grass and leaves. It will pick up pine straw but you will have to stop and remove the tangled up pine straw after each load or the wheels will lock up.

May have just been a dud

Purchased a week ago and stopped sweeping during first use. Today took one wheel off which has plastic gear spins that drive a metal pinion gear that drives the sweeper. The gear spines on the plastic wheel where ground off on the first use.

Very poor design. Already torn up.

This sweeper was hard to assemble. Instructions were garbage and they sent the wrong parts. It took a long time to get the replacement parts and it is still a very poor design for how the hopper attaches to the arms. I am not sure if I still have all the parts but the hopper bounced off and tore the fabric in two places. There has to be better options than this.

I checked the right wheel and there was a snap ring missing letting it slide out too far and wasn’t turning. The gear on that wheel was good but it had never had a load on it because of the missing snap ring. She ordered another wheel and I put it on and a snap ring on. It worked but wasn’t very smooth. The wheels were loose on the shaft. I ma...
