Sorry I bought this. Should have returned it. Has never worked at all accurately. Reads 10 degrees hotter, or more. Keep the house at 72 degrees, but this reads 83 as I write this.

Its size is easy to place just about anywhere, comes with a replaceable battery. I believe it's guilty is worth the $12.00 price.
