This product came with an Aquasure water softener I purchased. This whole house filter system was an upgrade from a 2.5x10 filter system. After installing this whole house filter system, my well water pressure improved exponentially. I can only contribute this improvement from upgrading my 2.5 filter to a 4.5 filter system. Lowe's says it delivered with the water softener, but I met the delivery driver when they arrived. He only had 2 boxes, both were for the water softener. The UV light had delivered a couple days prior. The prefilter never arrived but they keep saying it did.

This was a free item with purchase of a water softener system. Well, I ordered the Aquasure water softener system and picked it up. I have yet to receive this item. They said it "was in one of 2 boxes" I picked up from Lowe's and it was not. Those 2 boxes only contained the softener components!

Impressive filtration
we installed this water system about a year ago and noticed a drop in water pressure. We are kind of clueless when it comes to this stuff so we decided that it could be the filter ( which after reading should've been replaced at six months) . The filter was filthy disgusting oily rusty residue trapped inside . It was doing a fabulous job of keeping the crap out of our bodies.. I'm so grateful for this product ! i'm very impressed with the system as a whole. Many thanks aquasure.
