Easy install and clean water

Would Recommend

The installation was straight forward and relatively easy. It took about 90 minutes to install the unit under my sink and another couple hours to run a line to my fridge (via two drilled holes in my kitchen floor to the basement below). The water tastes great and my family has confidence in the high quality of our drinking water.

Leaking.

Would Not Recommend

Like several others, leaking around filter #3 housing after 1.5 years right after warranty ends. Purchased new rubber gasket that didn't stop the leak. Appears to be poor manufacturing. Will try some plumbers tape?

I'm very pleased with this

I'm very pleased with this water filter in terms of water quality and taste. I had owned a similar version at a previous house a number of years ago. My main concern is the difficulty changing the vertical filters. I did not attach it to a wall this time in order to get more leverage, but I expect it will still be challenging.
