What is the water level in the tank?

It works fine but the water tank ought to be transparent.

My older Aircare that’s much larger and uses the 1043 is not this loud on F3. Will be returning this one and try something else

I'd been buying a new humidifier almost every winter because the ones you find in drug stores don't last very long. I went through two already this winter and decided to buy a higer end one. Necause of really hard water in my town, I can't use the ultrasonic ones. Too much white dust everywhere. This AirCare humidifier was the only evaorative one at my local Lowe's. So, I took a chance. I'm very glad I did. Becasue I have never a humidifier that worked so well. After assembly and waiting 20 min...

Fan started making loud noises after 2 weeks

The humidifier itself seems to work well for an apartment, but after only a couple weeks the fan started making a terrible clicking noise and will be returned. Also, this display on this thing is as bright as the sun, which is not great for a bedroom. I had to cover it up with several layers of tape so it was not blinding at night.

Missing parts

So far it works good but missing parts right out of the box. Not a good way to earn more business.

works great, second one. First one was 5 years old humidistat failed.

it requires too much labor to get set up and run.

item required very frequent refills even during the night when i was trying to sleep. I would not recommend this item to anyone.
