I bought this set online, while sitting on the display as it was very comfortable and a decent price. 1st my order was supposed to be delivered on a Monday but got delayed until Wednesday, two days no big deal, 2nd after putting this set together I realized that to cushions that came with it were completely different than the ones they had on it in the store. Damaged Twice

Bought this in june and it came damaged. Took it back to my local lowes and exchanged it for the same set but I would pick it up because it was delivered to my house the first time. Went to to put the second new set together and there's more damage on this one. Im just going to get a refund for it and pay a little extra for a different set.

Easy to install the delivery was good, they kept you posted everyday until the time of the delivery and it arrived in a box, my partner set it up and said once the first one was done the second one was good to go at a faster speed, it comes with the items necessary to get it done

I like the patio set but the table is missing a part when I called lowes the said I would have to call the manufacturer and see if they will send me it, or I can return it. Not very good customer support if you have a problem.

Nice size and width of seats.

I love the color, style and size of the chairs. I do not like the back cushion, it is too thin, it needs to be thicker, that way you will have a firmer back while sitting.

The cushions are very thin

I was so looking forward to delivery of this beautiful set. Sadly, when we received it, the cushions that were part of the Lowes floor model, were not the cushions we received. The ones we received were thin and very uncomfortable. Customer service said they wouldn't do anything about it apart from us taking it apart and sending the entire set back. Thats called Bait and Switch.
