buyer beware
lowes doesn't offer this item any more, per customer service. I have ordered mine months ago. it says shipped, no tracking number, and I can't get a refund. been to Lowes customer service many times. I ended up getting a different filter system all together. at this point I will not order anything online from here again.

Needs a serial number on the side
Needed a replacement filter in a newly purchased home. There is no seriel number on this product. The only specifications to differentiate models is its size 17 in vs 15 or 16 inches. Makes it confusing when ordering a new replacement.
