AO Smith is not a reliable company.
I now need to replace 2fairly new water purifier systems in my home. But I will not be replacing them with this brand. It seems after thousands of people have purchased this water system Lowe's doesn't carry these filters. And Smith doesn't make them either. We are forced to buy knockoffs that are really awful for many reasons. Very bad business. You have pulled the rug out from under many families. Clean Water Machine No Longer Supported
If you buy filters in advance, beware, the Clean Water Machine is no longer supported by AO Smith and these filters can't be returned outside the Lowes 90-day return window. My CWM shorted out due to excessive leaking in the filter area, and no repair is possible. Thus I'm stuck with an unopened filter.
