Associate working in pick-up area was helping another customer, so I waited my turn. When the associate finished with them, she walked past me without asking if I needed assistance. I rang the bell for assistance, and she returned after I waited for at least 15 minutes. Very poor customer service on her part.

AO Smith 52 Gallon Water Tank

The AO Smith 52 gallon water tank is working perfectly. Installed about a month ago. It has more than twice the capacity from the one it replaced, which means less running time for the pump.

Received with a dent at the top. Not sure if it’ll cause issues. Can’t return it because I already paid 75 to have it delivered. May contact Lowe’s.

good tank but watch out for dented ones.

purchased this tank for in-store pickup. Had to return it because of a large dent in the tank. Had to open up 4 other boxes in order to find a non dented tank. They need to package these better to avoid damage. My customers don't like damaged goods.
