I purchased this in 2022 and the drive end cap assembly has had to be replaced twice in less than 3 years. With shipping, the cheap plastic part is over $100.00.
Do not buy.
The problem started few months after I purchased it . Within one year warranty some parts were broken and changed without receiving any help from the technicians(however shipping was free). Every time I called them I was on hold for hours and then they said ” we will send you a new one and you have to change it yourself”. After the warranty was expired , the problems persist but this time I had to pay a hefty shipping cost. The unit continues to have the same problem . At this point I am tire...
Failed cheap plastic part
5 year warranty is bogus. Had to pay $82 to get a small plastic part sent & still waiting for the email to detail how to swap the part out. would go with Rheam next time.
