The fact you can adjust the size of the tube depending on how.long you smoke will be is amazing. I use this in my pellet grill, it is nice to cook at the higher temperatures and still get amazing flavors into the meats. I am very eager to try cold smoking cheese with this as well. I used this on a spiral ham as well as a smoked cream cheese dip/log. Just light it and let it smoke while you are cooking.
