I suggest you get something else to store your 12 ft christmas tree. This bag slumps over constant and doesn't keep it's shape plus the tires for rolling it around are useless. Holes all over it from the first day I used it. Might as well just buy some heavy duty contractor bags for your tree.

Bought for 7.5 ft tree that filled it nearly full. Not sure how a bigger tree would fit.
