These carts are junk. Lowes knows it, they still sell them and will not stand behind them. The reviews about the batteries are true. Do yourself a favor and find out who the authorized repair dealer is in your area and go by and ask them about the warranty work they do for these carts before buying. What is worse is trying to speak with a clerk who has no concept of paying over $10k for something and it not working. I will never shop at lowes again after the treatment.

I never write reviews for anything but this is one time I regret our decision so bad with this purchase I want to warn others !! We bought this in November 2022 and have had a number of problems with it!! Our family all has golf carts (different brands ) and we all live close so we bought it to be able to ride around the neighborhood with everyone but ours does not keep up we’re always very behind from all The other carts the battery life is poor at best it drains in no time and God for bid we ...

I've had the golf cart for over two weeks, The title was lost and I still don't have a replacement. I've talked to 4 or 5 different managers and 4 days ago they said the title would be mailed to the store. Nothing yet and no returned calls. I called the store this evening and was on hold for 7 minutes and no answer...
