IT FITS IT FITS!
Fits, BARELY my 8 1/4 Hat sized head. The ratchet system allows quick Adjustment to match your head/hat size. Finding a Hard hat for hat sizes greater than 8 is tough... this one just squeaks in for me.

I am a reasonably smart person. I looked at the written and illustrated instructions. I looked at the parts. I watched 4 separate youtube videos. IT STILL TOOK FIFTEEN MINUTES TO GET THE SUSPENSION HARNESS SLOTTED INTO THE HAT.
