This did the job well. I hate sanding and it wasn't bad with these blocks.

Great for gripping with old hands
Works exactly the way it should. I have arthritis in my hands. These sanding pads (I call them sponges) fit perfectly in my hands, they’re super easy to use and I thought they lasted longer than sandpaper sheets.

Great Coarse Blocks
Definitely will buy again. Well made and useful for many applications. I mostly use these for getting into corners and sanding irregular shapes, but they're sturdy enough to sand flat items well too. They hold up to work on whatever project I've got going at the house.
