Great grinder

Fantastic tool, very strong and comfortable to use, had mild issue with first couple uses where it wouldn’t turn on when pressing trigger and speed indicator lights would flash, but did eventually turn on and over time in use resolved.

Who needs a cord?

Of course my first angle grinders were corded due to my concerns with needing power to cut. I still have those grinders but do not bother to fire them up since I got my Flex one. I first discovered the power of Flex with the reciprocating saw. I was so impressed that as I replaced various power tools I never worried that the Flex one would measure up to the corded one. With my Flex grinder I can take on the world. Do not worry , I come in peace.

Awesome powerful grinder

This grinder is amazing. Has very little vibration when using it on high speed. It has variable speeds for different tasks. I like the handle as it is made to absorb vibration. I have other makes of grinders. I like the flex grinder better than the other brands. It has significantly less vibration than the other brands. I am glad I got this grinder and at a steal. FLEX does it again

Tons of power! More than my corded Bosch I think. It's the entire FLEX line, just powerful and smartly designed. As with all told from most companies, my gripe is always no or little onboard storage. Like a jigsaw, it would be so easy to put it in the handle or something. Not that I use a spanner wrench, it should be stored in the tool.

Exceptional power and design

I replaced my old school corded grinder with this one and am surprised at how powerful it is. I wasn't sure it would perform as well as a cordless grinder but it has dealt with every task I throw at it. I researched for a while to determine which power tool brand to go with, and I couldn't be more impressed with the Flex tools. They feel great in the hand, and really appreciate the thought they've put into their tools. Really looking forward to using this and the other Flex tools I've been able to snag (thanks Lowe's Daily Deals!) for many years to come!

Good preforming grinder

Similar to other angle grinders but like the handle, easy adjust guard, & paddle switch more than the others. In addition battery performance is better and I am already on the Flex stacked lithium platform.

Nice

Powerful and comfortable grinder. Only used it once to cut a 3/4 quartz with a diamond blade - no problem. The only thing I don’t like so far is the arbor diameter. Why make it 5/8”, if it’s a 5” grinder ??
