Texas Native All-Natural Hardwood Mulch is a preferred product, however Lowe's service, good in the past, has now deteriorated into an AI uncommunicative generic customer service which transfers you to overseas tele-companies which also cannot answer questions regarding order/delivery issues, which then transfers you to the Lowe's store with which you needed to speak originally. No notification of shipment and Lowe's subcontracting their deliveries out to companies who do not either see or pay ...
