Standard shed installation includes labor, materials, full basic installation and a one-year labor warranty. Installation also includes delivery of the product up to 20 miles from the store, complete flooring, standard shingles and final jobsite cleanup.

There will be additional fees if you upgrade to premium installation. Premium installation includes a premium roof with roof felt paper, drip edge, dimensional shingles and wall ventilation, as well as a premium floor with a heavy-duty treated floor system. You’ll also receive premium protection with an upgraded five-year labor warranty and final cleanup of your jobsite.

Painting, optional add-ons and other customizations are available for an additional charge.

Your installer isn’t certified to remove/demolish existing structures, attach to existing structures, perform any excavation of the land, perform electrical or plumbing work, or pour concrete slabs. The jobsite must be prepared prior to installation to avoid delays and added charges.

There will be a service fee for shed installation. This info will be shared with you prior to you signing your contract.

Permit requirements vary in each municipality.

When a permit is required, your installer will pull the permit, and you’ll be charged for the permit.

Installation doesn’t include the cost of the permit or any other ancillary permits required by the municipality.

In some locations, permits may require additional materials or labor, sold separately to meet local codes (e.g., anchor package, leveling package, felt/drip edge, hurricane ties, etc.). Some documentation may be required, such as but not limited to the plot plan. Each customer is responsible for applicable homeowners association (HOA) approval prior to the installation date.

Clear the construction area, including the ground and any trees that would impact the shed roofing system. The ground surface must be within 6 inches of level on all sides. Your installer will level up to 6 inches at no additional charge. Any site out of level by more than 6 inches could result in delays or additional charges payable at the time of installation.

We’ll need a minimum 3-foot clearance on all four sides and above to build the shed. This can vary by city or municipality. Prior to the install date, place four stakes in the ground where you want the corners of your shed and a fifth stake where you’d like the center of the door opening to be located.

You’ll need to provide access to electricity within 150 feet of the unit, as well as unobstructed access for installers to carry your materials to the building site, or additional charges will apply. Please remove any trees or shrubs if applicable and keep pets inside or on a leash away from the installation area.
