We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), allowing your service animal to come with you into the store. Service animal requirements are defined and governed by the ADA, and you can find additional information on services animals at your Lowe’s store and the ADA website.
The same guidelines above should be followed for your service animal unless they interfere with the service animal’s work or if your disability prevents you from being able to follow them, in which case you’ll use voice control, signals and other effective measures.
Dogs should be heeling or walking calmly beside you or be harnessed, leashed or carried. If your dog has an accident while you’re shopping, you can ask an associate for the supplies you need to clean it up. In the event you’re unable to clean it up, an associate will help you. Disruptive behavior, such as aggression toward other people or animals, jumping on people or surroundings, and barking or growling, aren’t acceptable, and you and your pet will be asked to leave the store. You’re welcome to come back in to make your purchase without your pet.
