To schedule your appointment, follow these steps: 

1. Go to your MyLowe’s Rewards Account page. 

2. Select HomeCare+ from the menu on the left.

3. On the HomeCare+ Subscription page, select Schedule Appointment.

Here’s how to prepare for your appointment.  

• Make sure someone 18 years or older is home for the entirety of the appointment. 

• Ensure you have all replacement items needed to complete your selected services before the associate arrives. 

 - Air filter(s) for HVAC air filter replacement  

- Water filter(s) for refrigerator water filter replacement  

- Batteries for smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement  

- Light bulbs for light bulb replacement  

• Provide clear access to areas of service in your home. 

• Secure pets safely away from service areas.

A trained Lowe’s associate will arrive and confirm the services scheduled for your visit. After completing the work, the associate will review what was done and check if you have any questions before leaving.

Every home is different. Appointments generally take up to two hours or less to complete. Some visits may be shorter depending on the services chosen.

Unused appointments expire at the end of your HomeCare+ Subscription term and do not roll over to the next subscription term.

No, the HomeCare+ 5% off service-related items can’t be combined with any other offers. However, MyLowe’s Money can be used toward the purchase of items receiving the HomeCare+ 5% discount.

The HomeCare+ Subscription fee is nonrefundable unless you cancel your HomeCare+ Subscription within 30 days of purchase and no HomeCare+ service appointments have been completed.

When your HomeCare+ Subscription ends, your Account will be placed in the MyLowe’s Rewards status that matches your current Eligible Purchase spend accrual according to the MyLowe’s Rewards Terms.
