Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee
If you receive a qualifying lower price on an eligible and comparable installation services project estimate from another local retailer, we’ll match the price. Price match offer applies to price of eligible installation service projects for single-family residences with substantially similar products, materials, specifications and installation standards, including quality, performance and warranty coverage, as determined by Lowe’s in Lowe’s sole discretion.
For installation projects that Lowe’s sells through project quotes, including but not limited to flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows and doors, provide an official, valid copy of an eligible competitor’s estimate completed within the last 30 days, including installation address, details of product (with product specifications), installation service scope of work and total project estimate, along with a valid Lowe’s installation project estimate within the last 30 days.
For non-quote installation projects, including but not limited to appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans and toilets, provide the installation project price details (including product and installation charges) by showing a current qualifying competitor pricing document, website or ad so we can validate it for the installation address.
Competitor must have a local retail storefront, be licensed to perform the work, be insured and be an authorized seller of the products for the installation services project. Provided documentation of competitor’s installation project price must include sufficient detail of the products and services for Lowe’s to determine if it’s comparable to Lowe’s offering.
Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee Price Match Exclusions
- Solar power panel and battery storage installation service, EV charger installation services, roof tarping service only, wet-carpet removal service, wet drywall cut back service only, plumbing disconnect/reconnect service only, and HVAC tune-up and repair service only offering
- Discontinued, used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, seasonal, closeout, liquidation or damaged merchandise
- Rebates; free offers; Buy 1, Get 1 offers; Buy More, Save More offers; sales tax promotions or tax-free events; or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events, and/or bundle offers
- Discounts available to select groups of customers, such as military or loyalty members
- Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors
- Pricing from membership-based retail wholesalers
- Third-party marketplace sellers (including Lowe’s Marketplace products), auction sites or closeout/discount sites
- Referral-only networks, independent general contractor/subcontractor bids and private handypeople
- Pricing from bid and auction websites
- Sales tax
- Advertising pricing errors or misprints
- Credit terms and finance offers
- Prices from one Lowe’s store location to another
- Prices from one ZIP code to another
- Commercial properties, multiple addresses and/or multi-family projects
- Competitors that are not licensed or insured for installation services
Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee Price Match cannot be combined with any other Lowe’s offer, promotion, discount or coupon. We reserve the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee Price Match for installation services applies to the entire project cost; product and labor cannot be price-matched separately. Comparable product price match applies only to installation service projects. Any project purchased pursuant to Lowe’s Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee Price Match remains subject to Lowe’s install project scope of work and contract; competitor’s terms, scope and product details will not apply.
