Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee
If you receive a qualifying lower price with an estimate on a comparable flooring, window, door, window treatment, cabinet or countertop installation project from another local retailer, we’ll match the price. Price match offers apply to quotes for single-family residences with substantially similar materials, specifications and installation standards, including quality, performance and warranty coverage, as determine by Lowe’s in its sole discretion.
Customer must provide an official, valid copy of an eligible competitor’s estimate completed within the last 30 days, including the installation address, details of product with product specifications, installation service scope of work, as well as a valid Lowe’s installation project estimate from within the last 30 days.
Competitor must have a local retail storefront, as well as be licensed to perform the work, insured and an authorized seller of the products for the installation services project. Competitor’s quote must include sufficient detail for the products and services so that Lowe’s can determine the quote’s comparability to Lowe’s offering.
Price Match Exclusions
- Discontinued, used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, seasonal, closeout, liquidation or damaged merchandise
- Rebates; free offers; Buy 1, Get 1 offers; Buy More, Save More offers; sales tax promotions or tax-free events; or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events, and/or bundle offers
- Discounts available to select groups of customers, such as military or loyalty members
- Pricing from membership-based retail wholesalers
- Third-party marketplace sellers (including Lowe’s Marketplace products), auction sites or closeout/discount sites
- Referral-only networks, subcontractor bids and private handymen
- Pricing from bid and auction websites
- Sales tax
- Advertising pricing errors or misprints
- Credit terms and finance offers
- Prices from one Lowe’s store location to another
- Prices from one ZIP code to another
- Commercial properties, multiple addresses and/or multi-family projects
- Competitors that are not licensed or insured for installation services
Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee Price Match can’t be combined with any other Lowe’s offer, promotion, discount or coupon. We reserve the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee Price Match applies to the entire project cost; product and labor cannot be price-matched separately. Comparable product price match applies only to installation service projects. Any project purchased pursuant to Lowe’s Lowest Install Project Price Guarantee remains subject to Lowe’s quoted scope of work and contract; competitor’s terms, scope and product details will not apply.
