I purchased the RCC7AK RO system back in Feb 2019. It has been working quite well with the usual filter replacements and a couple of RO membrane replacements. TDS wise, I have always been happy. Last I checked the tap water TDS was ~340 while the purified water TDS was ~30. It is quite good considering the alkaline filter would add back a few salts into the water. Great system, and great customer service.
The system was surprisingly simple to install. I ran the lines under my sink into the basement and attached everything to the wall. Super simple. Then, I created a leaky fitting my doing something dumb and Sean at iSpring was really helpful. He sent me a replacement part and it arrived within just a couple of days.
Excellent technical support and customer service
The instructional tutorial is very helpful, and the technical support and customer service are timely and very helpful. Jonathan has been helpful from mailing me a pressure regulator to troubleshooting during the installation and to registering the warranty. Excellent in the overall installation process.
Great system
This system was easy to install. Instructions were straightforward to follow. The water tastes great. The only issue I had was that the faucet had a leak.I contacted iSpring and spoke with Sean he was very helpful he had the replacement faucet sent the next day. I am very satisfied with this system and customer support. I would highly recommend this system.
Terrible Company Policy
Nothing is wrong with the item, but my experience with Lowe’s has been terrible. I was pushed to open a Lowe’s credit card for 20% off, which took time and impacted my credit. Within 30 days, the price dropped by $36, and they refused to honor their own price match policy—just because I used that one-time discount. That makes no sense. This product is outstanding! We loved it so much, we bought three for our home and the kids' homes. Installation is very easy. There are plenty of clear instructions and videos that any homeowner with basic skills will be able to install it. The tools required are minimal. I placed all three in the basement mechanical rooms and ran individual lines directly from the Reverse Osmosis to the provided sink faucet, which looks very nice and of high quality, and the refrigerator water and ice dispense...

Don't Waste Your Money
Have had this system for about a month now. This is our 3rd RO system and we generally love them. Not this one however. Installed easily, but makes about 16 oz of water every two hours....maybe. After an overnight of sitting I was able to fill 3.5 glasses normal sized glasses. There's plenty of pressure from the street, and the tank is pressurized to 9lbs. No reason it should't make water unless it's in the RO filter or thereafter. I've left them multiple messages asking for technical support,...
