What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this faucet for its sleek, elegant design and remarkably simple installation process. Most highlight clear instructions and the ability to install without plumbing experience or special tools. The polished chrome finish, swiveling spout, and modern styling are frequently described as looking far more expensive than the actual price. Many commend the solid build quality, smooth handle operation, and reliable pop-up drain. A small number report leaking issues at the drain or handle, and some note supply lines require separate purchase. Despite minor concerns, most customers find the attractive design and ease of installation well worth recommending.

Silly idea spout and STIFF lines!

Would Not Recommend

I guess overall, it's "ok". It's what the wife wanted, but she didn't have to install it, I DID! The connection lines are VERY stiff. I'm worried the HOT side will end up cracking at some point and that would NOT be good! The lines are about 22 inches long, but unless you have a straight downward hook up, BE CAREFUL with how you route the lines! BAD design in my view. Another ODD design, why have a spout that rotates 360 degrees? Another poor design. It's of no benefit except if you have...

Faucet is good, drain is junk.

Would Not Recommend

the faucet functions properly and looks nice. The drain is absolute junk. It drains horribly and the finish on the drain face has started to peel off after about 2 months. If you're going to purchase this faucet, buy a separate drain if you expect functionality and quality.

Easy as pie

I’ve never installed a faucet before but the steps to this were honestly a breeze. It took me 3x as much time to remove the old faucet. There’s maybe 7 steps to this and it took 10 minutes. If I can do it so can you. My only con is that the faucet does swivel so if you don’t like that, this may not be the faucet for you.

i have installed a few in my day, and i will say this one was really easy to install. almost no tools., the stopper for the sink is a genius idea, it POPS out....no more disassembly for the clogged hair. very nice finish, will be getting the single hole for the other bathroom next.
