Bought this a couple weeks ago to fix my hot water issue and leaky faucet. It was a simple and direct fix. It came with everything I needed including the length of hose I needed to run to my water inlet to the house. I now have running hot water and I was even able to keep my cup rinser

Useless warranty
I bought this faucet 5 years ago and then it started leaking around the coil of the neck. I emailed customer service about the leak and they will not replace it without a receipt. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I don't hold receipt for more than a year. You expect people to hold receipts for years to get there product replaced. So much for lifetime warranty.
Great until it leaks
This faucet was beautiful when I purchased my home in April 2024. I received compliments on how nice it was and it was very attractive in my kitchen. Fast forward to July 2025 and the stainless steel hose starts leaking. I figure I can just replace it, no big deal right? Well apparently the manufacturer designed it so the hose cannot be removed because it is attached in the middle of the base of the unit. The only way around it is to replace the faucet. I started reading the reviews and that’s w...
Perfect for long reach flexibility!
I was looking a faucet for my newly installed sink in my workshop. I wanted a Pull Down single handle fixture to use for cleaning large pots and pans. I chose the Tilton Chrome single handle pull down fixture for my kitchen sink. It is elegant looking, sturdy and bold looking. It gives me good reach and provides both spray and steady stream. Easy to install, looks and works great!

Fails per other reviews / will not honor warranty
I purchased this faucet about 2 years ago and the head has stopped working properly. The shut off button initially would get stuck and now it does not stop the flow at all. Additionally, it now makes a whistling noise every time you turn it on. Upon reaching out to the email address listed in many reviews below, they will not honor the "Lifetime" warranty and are directing me to purchase a new head from Lowes. Unless you keep the receipt for the lifetime of the product, they will not honor the...
Beautiful kitchen faucet
This faucet is beautiful and look highend. I love the spray hose because it is not pvc/plastic looking it is stainless steel hose. But it started to leaking and now it’s not beautiful anymore. Giving it a 1 star due to the fact that it now leaks and we cannot get it fixed! Most likely it will have to be replaced.
Nice Faucet
The Tilton Pull-Down kitchen faucet is a nice-looking piece that works very well. The Installation is very straight forward and requires only basic hand tools. The faucet does include new hoses, but the connectors are 3/8 inch, and my kitchen faucet valves are ½ inch so I had to purchase adapters separately. This is also an area of concern as there is no easy way to replace the hoses if a problem occurs in the future but as of now, they work great and are leak free. The faucet has two spray pa...
Simple and elegant - both installation & use.
This has to be the easiest faucet I've ever installed. No more needing a special wrench or banking your knuckles in tight spaces. As you can tell in the pictures this unit comes completely assembled. The unit comes with a blank-off plate to cover the openings if you have a 3-hole sink already that consists of the standard plastic base plate and decorative cover. The soap dispenser is pretty standard and simply sandwiches the sink basin between the pump handle and soap reservoir. Installation...
Very Functional
Very nice looking faucet installed in my man cave sink. it is very functional, especially when cleaning large cooking vessels. It makes a statement!

Well, it has not yet started to leak
Well, it looks good, priced right, single lever and was super easy to install - all plusses. But, the hose range when detached from the mount is awful. Practically functionless. And this may be a cause of leaks later on (people pulling too hard to reach). It covers a two-tub/well sink adequately but I wish the Moen I wanted was in stock. I'd paid the extra. But the worst part seems to be the flow rate. I have a solid 65 psig water supply and it just takes for-ev-er to fill a sink. I also sho...
