Beautiful but fill valve already sticking

So this replaced a toilet that had been in my mom‘s house since 1975. This Kohler toilet while absolutely beautiful is already giving me trouble. I bought this thing in March 2025 and it is now August 2026 and the fill valve is already sticking. When you flush the toilet and the tank is supposed to refill you have to slap your hand on the back of the water tank for it to fill. I am beyond annoyed with this. It just floors me how greedy companies have gotten and they don’t care about their produc...

Great service!

Great toilet and a great shopping experience! The KOHLER toilet looks modern and high quality, and the height is very comfortable. I also had a great experience with Lowe’s pickup. Ordering online was simple, and my order was ready when I arrived. The pickup process was quick and convenient, which was especially helpful with a large item like a toilet. Very happy with the KOHLER toilet and shopped two more orders using the same day shipping!

Leaking toilet and no return!

We have always had confidence in the Kohler name and was pleased to find a toilet that met all of our needs at a reasonable price. Our plumber agreed to pick it up from Lowes for us. We first discovered the tank top was broken. Our plumber was successful in getting Lowes to agree to replace the cover, so they proceeded to install the toilet. The plumber had to return to our house with the new cover, almost an hour’s drive each way. After a couple days of use, we found water on the floor seeping ...

Smudge upon smudge

I hate this toilet. I've never ever experienced a toilet that smudges almost every time you go #2. Its awful. Always dirty. The flush must be too weak or ita the way the water spot sits, or both? Either way, something is off with this toilet. I wish I didnt buy it, I truly truly hate it. I own duravit and toto toilets as well, far better experiences.

deciding what to do

Needed a new toilet that flushes well. Internet searching for ratings of toilets is frustrating also cause you don't know who sponsored the ratings evaluations. Then reviews even on Lowes.com you don't know who was paid to bash a product or say its greatest thing since sliced bread or who is just a complainer about everything or just has bad luck. However, after realizing all products have production problems, shipping damage, etc. I decided to go with this Highline because I did find more th...

Weird Flush

If you press the flush handle like people normally do (quick push = 1 second) then the tank only empties about half-way for a "light flush". If you hold the handle down about 3 seconds or more then the tank empties with about an inch of water remaing in the bottom of the tank. Additionally, the water level in the bowl always appears low. I think this is an optical illusion because the bowl is large and wide relative to the space the water occupies. The concern here is the "solids" might leave ma...

So easy to flush with the Class 5 Flush Technology

The most notable difference was the chair height, and the ease of flushing the toilet. Our previous toilets were standard height, so when I installed the new toilet the water inlet hose barely reached the tank. Our previous toilet also used the flapper to release the water in the tank when flushing, which over time deteriorates and becomes sticky and gets harder to flush. This one toilet uses the Class 5 Flushing Technology making it so easy to press the flush handle. Even though it claims to ha...

Nice Flushing

Love the Flushing capacity of this toilet. I think the handle to flush though is so cheaply made. I'll probably go online and search for a different handle. The old one I had was porcelain I think. However. can you please put the directions somewhere else other than the Tank? Men do not look for directions and just start the project and think they no it all. I think my son put the wax ring just on the bottom where the last one was and maybe it should have gone on the bottom of the toilet for ...

Quality, well made toilet

Perfect condition out of the box; well built and operates very efficiently. A water efficient model which flushes with more than sufficient force for a residential toilet, and circulates water effectively to clean the bowl. So far, I am pleased with this purchase for my home. This is the second Kohler toilet I have purchased. I considered a few different brands this time, but ultimately decided to go with this brand again based on the reliable performance of the first one I bought. As yet, zer...

Item never delivered

Item was never delivered. The photo showed a picture of my mailbox from the delivery vehicle. Now I have to wait 24 hours for them to investigate where my product is. Did however spend 20 minutes on the phone with a nice agent who is trying to help find my product.
