Perfect for what we needed, HARD to assemble

This conversation set is perfect for our deck, and it's well made. It should last a long time. However, I was glad I read the comments and hired two strong men to put it together. Warning for who aren't strong, you probably won't be able to do it. It took these burly guys four and half hours to put all four pieces together. Yikes, that's another cost on top of the purchase! Even with their strength and using a 6-inch clamp, they still couldn't force the joints together on the loveseat at the top...

BIg….. there is no customer service access. Tight call screening (AI is in front end) to reach out customer support. I never buy products from Lowes. This is my worst decision to purchase patio furniture from Lowes at Leesburg, VA. i cant give any rating and screwed customer…. I made two trips to address the problem and promised they will follow up by text and email and there no updates as of yet…,. You con’t reach out customer support service and you have to go store to resolve the issue.

Delivered damaged! Bad customer service!

Nothing was DELIVERED, today, 9/19! Lowe’s actually PICKED UP this item of outdoor furniture on 9/19 as it was damaged. I ordered this loveseat last Monday 9/15 to be delivered on 9/16! Didn’t open it up until later in evening because of work! Called first thing Wednesday 9/17 to let them know it was damaged! They said they would pick up the damaged order and bring a replacement order on Thursday morning, 9/18 as well as pick up the damaged order. Throughout this whole ordeal I received m...

Good value but things to be aware of…

The good: The set is very sturdy, attractive and comfortable. The cushions are thick and firm with zippered covers so the covers can be removed for cleaning. The not so good: First, the screw holes on adjoining parts do not all line up precisely. This requires you to squeeze the parts together in order for some of the screws to catch. Because the frame is thick and sturdy, which is good, this makes aligning the holes difficult in some cases. I ended up using 6” bar clamps to squeeze the part...

Great set!

I love this love seat. It is made so well and the cushions are as well. The rain just beaded up on them, not soaking them at all. We did order covers for them but have not received them yet.The best part is it came put together for a reasonable price.

Difficult assembly

Whoever was in charge of drilling the holes for this should be in prison. It was an incredibly frustrating assembly. The finished set is nice, but I’d recommend only purchasing if you have the patience of a saint.

Love it, but was a pain to put together

A very stylish heavy piece of furniture which we need for the high winds off Lake Michigan. Would have given it 5 stars but my husband said it should have included a Dremel & a grinder bit. Many holes did not line up & after many choice words he did get it assembled. Good thing he is a machinist.

Love love it!!

I love this loveseat! The cushions are so comfortable, supportive you know they are good quality. The cushion is thick. Well made. The wicker is sturdy.

Alignment

The set is beautiful. It is comfortable as well. There are a few parts that don’t align properly that we find annoying but most people likely wouldn’t.
