This was the second vanity I purchased because the first one the box was damaged and I told the store manager and when I got home the base was damaged and I had to order another one. Oxnard and Ventura Lowe’s were not very helpful, I was out on hold forever, but Delayne from Thousand Oaks Lowe’s took care of my issue with returning the damage one and purchasing a new one . She went out of her way to help me. Her customer service was excellent!!

Broken pieces

Paid entirely too much money for this vanity $499.00 Have the back all cracked from screws And The pieces that hold the cabinet in are all broken except for three NOT HAPPY

Damaged - Lowe's decision to discount pends

I ordered this vanity for a remodel and I wasn't sure if it would take a long time to receive it so I ordered it early. It sat in my living room unopened until just a week or so ago. It was damaged at the bottom front and the door panel was missing pegs that hold it in place. The door itself was also off kilter. Looks nice but faucet hardware not included

See title. What a hassle. Product photos and in-store models show faucet hardware. I chose black thinking I'd get faucet hardware...nope. Product description misleadingly says: "Brushed nickel and matte black hardware are both included with the vanity" Who knew they were talking about drawer knowbs not faucets. Stupid on my part..still very misleading.

Difficult to install the faucet.

Very poorly designed. The instructions say to position the vanity prior to installing the faucet. Luckily, I did the opposite. There work space is extremely limited, and at one point the tool supplied with the faucet did not fit in that space. I had to use a very small wrench to tighten the bolt that secured the spout. The partition also makes it difficult to install the flex line for the cold water.

Did not have both sets of hardware!!!

I finally got a chance to install my new vanity during my bathroom remodel. It only came with the dark knobs and door handle. The brushed nickel, which I needed, was not included…. Not happy that I have to spend money buying what is supposed to be included!!!! Luckily I have some very nice brushed nickel knobs I had recently placed on my old vanity. But it’s $36 plus tax for a 4” center to center brushed nickel pull….

Up-scale basic vanity

This is a great value vanity and fits well with my needs. We are two adults sharing a small, two bathroom house and I put this in the front bathroom, our pretty one, which my female partner uses and is typically the go-to guest bath. I bought this to replace another vanity which had worn out. The old vanity construction was one step below that of the Rigsby. Great use of space

This vanity has 3 drawers which is great. We like all of the usable storage space. I have this vanity in both of my bathrooms and it seems a bit off if I’m looking straight at it. The gaps between the vanity walls and drawers and doors are not symmetrical. Fortunately our bathrooms are small so it’s not terribly noticeable.

shipped with surface chips

Vanity arrived on time and packaging was perfect. installed easily, well built BUT after securing the sink we noticed three surface chips on the inside rim of the sink.

Great product.

The inside shelving had been assembled and it was broken when we took it out of box. I was able to fix it myself so I didn’t have to go through a whole return process since it was shipped to my home. Other than that it looks great
