This is a beautiful fixture. Installed with a LED rated dimmer. Lowes wouldn't let me return it and said to notify the manufacturer directly. Which all emails for my inquiries trying to return are being sent back as undeliverable. I see that this manufacturer recommends a few dimmer switches, Lutron- which i had installed and another Lutron model- both are 150 watt. No bulbs to replace-but drivers can go bad
This is our second time purchasing this product. That being said I believe this is a more expensive version of what’s available at Lowe’s, and as such I would have expected it to last longer. This is a led fixture with no bulbs to change. So that being said, there is a piece in them that goes bad and makes the fixture unusable. The fixture flashed on and off and had to be replaced. That being said the newer version seems to have an updated driver. Hopefully that will solve any ongoing issues...

Will break easily
I'm on my 2nd one, and it's been installed for less than a month. The first issue is how the glass is connected to the socket. If any stress is put on it, it has a tendency to crack the glass. 2nd issue is how do you clean/dust the crystals? There is enough room to squeeze a pencil in between the glass. Don't put any stress on the glass while you do it, or it will crack. Would not recommend. Don't let your wife talk you into.

Disappointing Quality
I purchased this light fixture from Lowe’s, and while it looked great initially and worked fine for about nine months, it completely stopped working after that. Flashing Lights.
We purchased and installed this light in 2021 in our daughter's bathroom. Earlier this year around April it started flashing like a strobe light and in June it completely stopped working. To pay this much for a fixture and have it stop working after 3 years is unacceptable. The LED driver ballast is the failing point if you have the same situation with these lights. Do not buy
This light was installed in our guest bathroom and was only switched on about 10 times before it stopped working. Unfortunately we purchased it in May 2023 and didn't install it for 4 months. It was only used for the occasional guest in the following 12 months. So it is outside the store warranty. Such a waste of money for only 10 days use!
