Poor quality control - difficult assembly

The chairs are a good value and appear to be well made, except for the fact that they come 'unassembled' for some minimal shipping/handling savings to the company I imagine. And assembling the chairs entails just lining up and tightening three screws. The issue arises that the quality control over the placement and alignment of the holes on the upper portion of the chair and the base portion is VERY POOR. Missing hardware pack

These chairs arrived without the hardware package. Lowes has offered to send a new package (it's 6 bolts/washers and a little wrench) but the current time estimate is 2 months out. Ordered these in May and delivered in June but won't be able to assemble until August. Not worth the hassle if this timeline holds true. We'll look at guessing the appropriate size bolts but it shouldn't be this difficult. And repacking to return is also not especially appealing.

Incredibly comfortable swivel chairs

We are very pleased with this set of swivel chairs. The set arrived by delivery in 1 large heavy box so make sure you have means to move the box if it’s not where you want it. Each chair was in 2 pieces and the assembly was straight forward and not difficult. Swivel feature is smooth, sturdy and works fine after assembly. We purchased this along with the 2 piece wicker conversation set and it makes a handsome addition to our patio.

Pretty good product but assembly was tricky

We looked around at all the local lowes for this product but all were out of stock for 2 weeks or so. The Danvers store had 16. We drove the 60 miles. There were two on the floor. The boxes looked rough. I eyeballed them and picked the best looking box. Managed to get it into the back of the pickup with some creative placement of the cart. Stylish, Very Functional, High Quality!

I received the Pointer Ridge set of 2 Swivel Gliders in a huge box. It was very well packaged to avoid any damage. There were 3 pieces to each swivel glider assembly which was a breeze - only three screws each. They provide the Allen Wrench needed for assembly and they also include screw caps so you do not see the screws (a nice addition). It was so easy, I had it all assembled within 30 minutes. Beautiful but need to help from parts department

Love the look of these. Very comfortable. However, would have given only 2 stars had it not been for the excellent service provided by Lowe's Parts assistance. As some others have posted, one of the chairs went together perfectly. However, one chair had holes between the upper chair part and the lower woven bottom that absolutely would NOT line up. After informing the Lowe's Parts department, they sent new pieces. Did this twice because it was thought the bottom was the part that didn't line...

Delivery issues

I purchased this item in store over a week ago and was told a delivery date. The item did not arrive on that date. I have called Lowe’s and the delivery company multiple times and keep being told a new delivery date, only for that date to come and go. I was told I’d be contacted by a Lowe’s manager but never heard from them. This has been super frustrating. I’m sure the item will be awesome if I ever get it.

Overall nice product

I like the rocker and swivel feature. Awkward to put together but doable. The seat cushion is comfortable. The back cushion is too thick for a tall person, but the wicker is comfortable without it. Came with a broken wicker strip in the back I had to secure. Learned that the website price is not the same as the in store price. Style and function

So incredibly happy with my new Allen & Roth Planters Ridge patio set. First off I really like that you could order additional items from the collection to configure your area. Overall assembly of the swivel chairs did not take long at all I would say max 10 minutes all tools are included. The chairs are absolutely perfect, they give a generous seat area and seat the cushions are nice and firm but not too hard very thick and lush feeling. I have never owned a swivel rocker these are so relaxing....

A Comfortable Gliding Chair

The product is great and very comfortable to sit in. It is a little pricey but a great chair. Lowes assembly was however a problem. We purchased at the store and paid to have it assembled. Over a 3 week period, the chairs were delivered 5 times unassembled before they arrived assembled on the 6th attempt.
