Purchased this set (4/15/18) after seeing it in the store. I expected a 10 day wait, but it arrived on the 20th. I asked the delivery guys to put the box on my back porch, so I wouldn't have to drag each piece back their on my own. They said no problem and they even called me once they had delivered it. Quality Product But Has Design Flaws
This set is of solid quality. The cushions are thick and are Sunbrella. However, the entire set has design flaws. The holes do not line up completely. We even tried the typical solution of only starting all the screws just a little bit before tightening them all, however none of the approaches worked. We were left with one hole on each piece that did not line up. It's caused by two issues (1) the wicker is wrapped to thick on the frame in certain places which doesn't all the holes to line up. ...
Great Quality - Simple to Put Together
We purchased this set and it is very sturdy and great quality (Sunbrella Cushions). I tried to assemble a chair first and started tightening all the screws as I built it. HERE IS THE SECRET - tighten all the screws by hand - about two turns in the for each piece you are building, THEN tighten them with the allen wrench. I love this set - it looks so nice on my patio! I wanted a cushioned conversation set, but I don't have enough room for that plus a dining set. I thought this set was a great price compared to many other sets I have looked at. It feels very sturdy and is comfortable. I ordered a deck box to keep the cushions in but before it was delivered it rained. I didn’t pay attention to the forcast and accidentally left them out in the rain. I was surprised to find the fabric covers of the cushions almost totally dry within a few hours but the cushions inside were drenched. Water POURED out of them. This set is very well made and the price was just right. The fabric color is a beautiful light beige and goes with just about any other colors with decor.
