Broken globe right out of box

Bought a set of these for a bathroom remodel, when i opened the box one of the globes were broke. Lowes said to call Allen & Roth. When i called, the young lady i spoke with wanted to help but couldnt. She said they didnt have any globes in stock, and to take the fixture back to Lowes and get a replacement. Well, its already installed, and they cant tell me when new globes will be in stock....."call back in a few eeks and see if they are back in stock".....really??? Why not just ship and complet...

Good product but very thin glass bulbs

Looks good, stylish, however outside bulbs are extremely fragile and shatter easily.

Beautiful but beware of defects

I just installed 2 of these and love the look but they both have slight defects. On one I could fix the issue, but one I’m going to have to take down and take it back to the store if I can’t figure out a way to fix it. No Bulb Lowes Sells Fit

Love the look of the fixture and seems well constructed, but the vintage bulbs shown under the product are not the right bulbs. They do not fit thru the globe opening. In fact, Lowe's does not even sell a bulb to fit this light fixture. It would be very helpful if the product that appears below the featured item is the product to complete the project. It is not possible to find bulbs that fit this globe. ST19 bulbs are recommended but not all ST19 are the same size. The length and circumference of the bulb differs. Lowe's doesn't have the bulbs that are displayed nor do they carry the bulbs that actually fit!! I've searched everywhere and ordered multiple brands and none have worked this far. Love the fixture, globe defective!

I recently had this light fixture installed, purchased the A19 base bulbs that are listed in the description, however, like another review, one of the globes did not fit over the bulb. I took it to my Lowe’s but they were of no help. They didn’t have any other fixtures in stock. I suggested taking down one of the globes from the model and swapping it out but was told that was not possible. Wondering what I should do. I have been on hold with Allen + Roth (number in the directions) for 16 minutes...

Not as pictured

Very disappointed when I opened the box after buying this light fixture and finding the light is not as advertised by the picture on the box. On the box, it shows a globe that is not round, sort of a flatter bottom and top - which I loved and was why I chose the light. Turns out, the globe is just a regular round one. So be warned! This light is not what appears on the box.

Nuts and bolts issues.

The light was missing a nut to attach the main assembly to the wall. I salvaged two from my previous light which are a good enough match. And, one of the three shade attachment screws was bent; I hope it’ll work in the backside. I haven’t installed this yet; if I find more problems, I’ll get an exchange.

Stunning vanity light

This vanity light is just beautiful. It was very easy to assemble and mount. It’s a little larger than it looks in the photo and provides plenty of light. Had I known, I might have gone for the duo-light instead.

Worth it

Easy to put up and get level. Enough wiring to not have any issues. Looks good!
