I purchased and installed this cabinet in 2021. Recently one of the soft close hinges failed. I contacted the customer support number listed in the manual and the offshore service agent, who I could barely understand, told me that a replacement hinge was unavailable. Check for damage and be weary of stone top.

Recently ordered two of these. A 48” single and the 60” double. We went to pick up the single sink vanity, checked before leaving and the whole stone top was cracked, we ended up going to three other stores before finding one undamaged, an entire day lost. The 60” double had to be ordered online and delivered. The top was in one piece (miracle) but whoever loaded it into the truck stabbed the box twice and grazed/cracked the one leg. with all the terrible reviews on this product I can't believe you're still selling this product. what a terrible way to do business. oh yes you give a number to call for some help but nobody knows what to do to help. when the person who answered my call he googled the answer and told me to put vinegar and water on the stone and it made it worst then with the just the water on it. Don’t be taken in by its beauty

I purchased this vanity for our master bath remodel back in 2018. It was relatively new to the market so we did not get the benefit of the plethora of warnings that came afterwards. Roth & Allen 48" Kingscote Vanity

In store ordered this vanity on Dec. 1st, with a next delivery schedule. Order was delivered the next day Dec. 2nd, the driver did not open the box, just took a few pictures. The following day Dec. 3rd, on the box for the install and saw that the vanity top was chipped in two places. Beware the layout and the MDF, looks good, but....

Just as there are many issues noted with other installs, same here. It isn't at all clear from the pictures, the specs or even the instructions that there is a very limited application to install this without much trouble. The shelves and the sink height dictate that it can only be installed with drain pipes mounted vertically to the wall and at a specific height. Anything to the floor or out of line with the sink and you are into cutting the shelves and supports at best or changing your plum...

this product is the worst and no one can help

no one helps to correct problem with this sink. you cannot remove the stains that water makes and no one can give a remedy. It looks really nice and my instinct was to ignore the negative remarks because I couldn't believe they would sell a sink that water would create marks on. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU'RE SMART. The item itself is beautiful but…

Although this is packaged pretty nicely for safety, Lowe’s throws things around without any concern for potential damage. The first one we ordered was completely cracked and then chipped in another spot. The second one has some dents and dings, but it’s over 200 pounds and we didn’t wanna go through transporting it since they wouldn’t deliver it for us because it is going out of stock. In addition to all that the holes in the countertop we’re not drilled big enough for standard faucet.
