Antique White is Yellow

The antique white of this shelf is a yellower color than the antique white of the closet system set. I had to buy a color match of the closet system to paint the yellow color. I don’t recommend not painting since it comes off like a pee or smoker stained yellow. Even the closet system is too yellow for my taste but I’m embracing it with the idea that I will paint it later if it bothers me. Beautiful Tower

I bought 4 towers and they came out beautiful. The product is heavy we brought the pieces upstairs to make it easy on our backs. It is very high quality and easy to assemble not like Closetmaid (which I returned three shipments!) All four towers color is a perfect match. The only thing each tower comes with two shelves and I needed more. So I have to purchase more shelving.

Perfect organization for my new closet.

My contractor recommended this particular closet system. It is laced me so much money over the expensive custom closet companies, and I get nearly the same product.

Both Boxes Damaged

The FedEx truck came and delivered the boxes with the closet shelving. I asked the driver if it was damaged because it was unsecured in the box van. I noticed one box was all the way to the far wall and the other was at the doorway. He dropped off both boxes at my front door. I opened the first box and went through the pieces, got to the bottom and found both the back pieces of the shelving unit were damaged. Photo included. The second case of parts were exactly the same. Terrible Customer Service. Be aware!

The unit came scratched and damaged. They already replaced one, however this time it was just a few scratches so we decided to try an use the marker that comes with the unit. It was dried up. I spent 1 and half with some Call Center who knows where.. and they were unable to even understand the issue after providing them with the model number, order etc.. I wasnt sure about buying this at first, most units like this are flimsy. this one is not , every component was nicely made and finished well. the destructions were excellent, not like other cabinets I have assembled in the past. DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

The product is very nice but the hardware to put it together left a little to be desired. One of the cam bolts snapped when I put it in and Lowes refused to replace it saying it happened during assembly and thus was not covered under their warranty.
