What Customers Are Saying
The closet organizer system has a mixed reception. Some customers found it easy to assemble and install, with a sturdy, customizable design and attractive real wood material. However, many reported issues with missing or defective parts, poor quality hardware, and difficulty getting the system properly aligned and installed. The instructions were also criticized as unclear. Customers may need to make significant modifications or purchase additional parts to get the system to work properly in their closets.

We bought two of the closet system in white to create a custom built in system in our room. Upon opening the first box, we immediately noticed it wasn’t pure white. We double checked the box to make sure we didn’t buy antique white accidentally. We figured it was just slightly off white and proceeded with putting it together. After putting it together, we installed it. Other than the color being off, the first box quality seemed fine. We opened the second box and immediately noticed it was m...

Terrible drawer hardware. Closer are not smooth.
I have purchased many of these and this last batch were terrible. Drawer slides are junk. Drawers don’t close easily and bearings are falling out. These are not the same quality they use to be.

Looks Good/Tough Install
We purchased this unit for our guest bedroom. The installation was more difficult than it looked. Not a high capacity closet unit.

Don't bother
This isn't Lowe's fault, the manufacturer quality control is abysmal. parts falling off, cams that don't align, and the best one is the missing sleeves to screw the cam locks into to hold the top and bottom together. I'd call support but it's not a part and they don't have anything. Giant Failure!!

Quality not as expected
Quality was not as expected. Pieces of the closet arrived damaged. Attaching to the wall was not as expected. I have installed easy track closet systems in my home prior to this and the quality and easy of assembly was much much better for that product. I should have just paid the extra money for a better product

impossible to put together
I was so excited to build this and get my kid's closet put back together. Unfortunately, the cams and cam bolts required in assembly step 3 are defective. I could only get 1 of the 4 locks to engage. 1 cam barell simply broke. Looking through the reviews, this is a common issue. I am so frustrated!! I will attempt to get higher quality parts at the hardware store, but I am not confident in this whole process. I bought the more expensive system. Looks like it was a waste of $$.

Hardware substandard, assembly problematic
I would recommend these only to someone with the mechanical ability and tools to overcome hardware deficiencies. The dowel pins in the kit were too small and totally ineffective. The 'cam barrel' devices are made of soft metal that may break under the force required to seat and pull sections together. These two factors result in a useless and weak joint. Most screws are, likewise, too small and may pull out. Some screw anchors provided for mounting to wallboard are of inferior quality, twisting...
