I had this unit delivered twice. The first time the outside front was dented in a couple of spots (I don't have pictures from that instance) and I asked for an exchange. The second time, after installation, I found the lower drawer cracked and rotted on the inside (pictures attached). Lowe's customer service offered me a discount or a full return. I opted to keep the product rather than pay for having it uninstalled. I am now using it without the lower drawer.

Nice looking, quality feel, install is involved
Mostly assembled, looks nice. Installation was more involved then most pre-made units. NOTE 1: Box weighs 133 lbs. Do not attempt to move it yourself. Once you get it unpacked and take the ceramic plate and bowl out of the box you can move the pieces individually without too much trouble. NOTE 2: There is no alignment mechanism or raised boss for the bowl and counter. The counter simply sits on top of the frame, and the bowl sits on top of the counter. Replace the faucet if you buy this
Bought this vanity in mid-2024 for our home renovation. Not even 1 year of use and the water supply line that is permanently and factory installed into the faucet had a leak. This ruined the vanity cabinetry as well as damaged the drywall that the vanity backs up to. The leak was a steady drip type of leak, so it was not noticeable for a few days. If you buy this vanity, I highly recommend throwing away the faucet that comes with it buying a decent faucet that has an actual warranty.

Looks great - I added a matching 12x24 polished wall tile for the backsplash (Windsor white from Lowes as well) which adds a nice finish. Doublecheck all the connections, the drain assembly can be a bit touchy so make sure you watch it for leaks. Overall happy with it - the look is an A, quality a B and would buy again, especially on sale.
24” vanity with vessel sink
This is the second one we purchased Great vanity. Love the vessel sink. Extremely hard to find in a 24” vanity. The drawers each have an opening in the center allowing pipes to be hidden and drawers and bottom shelf to be completely usable.

Lowes Poor Delivery
I bought this online because I am disabled and need delivery. It is highly frustrating to be told a 4 hour windows, wait that 4 hours and more! Why do they show such disrespect of their customers time? When I called it was "our bad" sorry to waste your time we will get there when we get there! No attempt to compensate me for wasting my time.

I purchased this product because I had broken the sink and could not buy just the sink. The water lines on the second purchase were shorter than the ones on the first purchase so I had to use the faucet from the purchase.

We wanted to update our old bathroom and also wanted a vessel sink. Read through multiple reviews before and was hesitant to go with this one.
