What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the vanity's solid wood construction, soft-close hinges and drawers, and premium finishes as exceptional. Many highlight the generous storage with adjustable shelves and tilt-down drawers, plus adjustable leg levelers for easy installation. Reviewers consistently describe the piece as beautiful and durable, with warm oak finish and white stone countertop creating a stunning bathroom transformation. A few note the extreme weight during setup or color appearing slightly darker than expected, though most consider these minor compared to the overall quality and value delivered.

I am delighted with the look and the quality of this vanity. I ordered the cabinet online, sight unseen. The product was shipped to me and arrived in excellent condition. It was well packaged. The sink is attached to the vanity and has subtle grey-brown veining. The wood color is a bit deeper than it appears online. It is well built and sturdy. Excellent all around, especially for the price.

Good but cracked top, had to cut shelves
The actual vanity itself is nicely made. High quality, looks great. One relatively minor snag I ran into is that the shelves under the vanity (below the sinks) are cut for perfectly aligned plumbing. If you're plumbing is not perfectly aligned with your sink you may need to do some cutting. In older homes, like mine where plumbing was essentially a retrofit, this can be an inconvenience but not a major issue. Delivery note: my delivery arrived when I was not home. My mistake... because the to...

Came damaged and only offered $50.
So disappointed. I saved up forever for this $1000 vanity. When delivered, it was tossed in our driveway in the pouring rain at night. No one alerted us they even delivered it. Upon inspection I noticed it looked like forks had gone through the packaging when being loaded. I took pictures and called customer service, noting that when my contractor starts our remodel, there may be an issue with the vanity. Well, when opened, the back of the vanity was broken. I assume by forks when loading. I im...

The first cabinet arrived damaged. Had to order a new one. In returning it, the Lowe’s customer service rep put in the wrong address, which affected the delivery of the new one. When that was discovered, Lowe’s customer service can’t change a delivery address. Had to cancel the order and reorder the item. This now makes 3 times I had to order. The third cabinet was not what I ordered, wrong size, wrong color, which wasn’t discovered until the installation was done. I took the cabinet becaus...

Countertop Chipping
We purchased the Connery vanity combo 48" in September 2025. While the vanity itself is great - ample storage with a nice finish and color along with being sturdy, the countertop has been chipping despite proper care. I've tried resolving the issue by contacting the # and email on the Allen & Roth pamphlet that came with the vanity but no one has responded to my inquires and the calls go unanswered. Would be great to try to get this issue resolved.

Buyer beware - Broken, terrible, and out $500 more
Buyer beware - Broken, terrible problem solving, and out $500 more I have tried to remain a loyal Lowes customer, but it is getting more and more difficult. I shopped for the vanity for a month or so, reading reviews and shopping around. Finally settled on this vanity. Upon delivery, I saw no signs of damage to the box which was delivered inside straight into my dining room with no one touching it, until the contractor opened the box to install. The top was almost split down the middle with a...

We love the vanity, despite Lowes customer service
Very nice piece of furniture, appears to be well made and is sturdy, we love how it looks in our remodeled bathroom. However the customer service we received from Lowes was poor. The item was delivered with 8 good sized round holes punched in the carton containing the vanity. We were directed by Lowes to open the carton to inspect the vanity for damage. we did and found two holes in the back of the vanity and a third hole that effected one of the drawer cabinets, it left a mark that looked li...

You get what you pay for!
The title might sound negative. But it's absolutely not. Yes, this vanity cabinet is expensive. But in this case, I definitely got what I paid for. The cabinet is absolutely beautiful solid woodv with dovetail joints on all the drawers. The packaging was absolutely outstanding! Double layers of 1/2-in corrugated cardboard packing. So at least an inch thick all the way around top and bottom. It was insulated very well for shipping. All of that and it is also strap taped to a pallet. I forgot to m...

Warmed up our stark white bathroom perfectly!
I like the smooth lines and clean look of this bathroom vanity. We had a white vanity previously, and I was looking for something more interesting to warm our space. This did the trick and led to an update of all the fixtures in the bathroom to tie everything together. I couldn't be happier with this choice. The quality is excellent and the look timeless. I wanted dark fixtures, so we didn't use the brushed nickel handles that came with it. I also didn't realize that the backsplash plate is sold...
