Value for the Money

Very good quality for the price. Compared to dealer’s price, we saved lots of $. Also easy and fast pickup using Lowe’s locker feature. Very quick and secure.

Works great if you replace it every few years

Buy it if you like corroding finish and a wobbly faucet. After only 4 years of use I will have to replace this piece of crap. The faucet end has such bad corrosion that it has a hole. NEVER BUYING DELTA AGAIN! I’ll take this review down if Delta or Lowes actually pay for my next two faucets I need to replace. Let alone my time and energy. I have a water softener and we keep our house very clean.

Issue with Lowe’s! Not the product!

Product was likely great- not the issue! Lowe’s is my problem. I ordered two of these faucets, which likely are very nice. Lowe’s canceled one of the faucets, and when I tried to return the other one that was shipped to me, it would not produce a shipping label. I talked to two different customer service reps who were not helpful at all. They wanted me to return in the store, which is over an hour away from our house. I'm very happy with these faucets. They fit the style I was looking for perfectly and they function excellently. The valves are smooth and consistent. My only complaints are very minor -- given that they are a square base, getting them installed straight/parallel with the edges of the sink is extremely important; any variation will be immediately visible. When it comes to faucets, I'm pretty picky. Handles seem to flop around and/or leak. I purchased this faucet a year ago, in stainless, due to the name brand. It is a gorgeous faucet and feels pretty well made. The handles still are where they are supposed to be and no leaks. BUT the spots are awful. Just awful. In fact, I've never had a faucet that shows sooo many water spots. For that reason - I would NOT purchase this again - or recommend it.

Buy if you want to replace within 2 years

What a piece of junk. First, less than a year after installing (08/2021), the spout became loose and started flopping. This is due to the lift rod bing the force that holds it in place, and that is a horrid design. This is not only my unit, I saw the same thing at a family member's house, and theirs was installed for MAYBE 3 months at that point. Second, there is no water pressure whatsoever.
