Faucet Update
Finally decided to upgrade the old "pull knob" faucets that were original to the house. The change is immediately noticeable upon entering the bathroom. We've received many compliments on the update. Makes me wonder why we waited so long.

missing parts
purchased from the shelf in stock. Got it home . the next morning a plumber arrived to install. Showed me it had been opened and resealed. It was missing several parts. Had to rush back and exchanged it for another. Obviously while being charged by the hour. The product was fine . my issue is Lowes restocked this after it was returned by someone without checking the box for missing parts.
Cheap components ok design
The minimalistic design is nice looking and easy to clean around. The handles themselves are cheap plastic, however. Which is very disappointing. Replacing metal with plastic should lower not increase the cost. While the handles appear to be spot resistant, the drain spout is not it always looks dirty.

It was broken.
The product was broken. The box seemed unopened and it had the plastic bands around it. But when I unboxed it, the threaded housing under the faucet was split in half. the piece that was broken off wasn't even in the box. I live far away from a Lowes Store, so I had to order a new faucet online so I could change out my current one. I am still waiting to return to the store to return the broken one.

I wanted to update my home with new faucets and I had 16 year old Moen's in my house already, nothing wrong with them just wanted a new look and to up grade.
