Wonderful replacement process

I bought my faucet/shower appliances in 2021. The process to replace due to finish issues was so easy. I have recommended Pfister to multiple people because of how helpful and quick the replacement process was. You don’t expect it to go as smoothly in this day and age.

Bronze "Pfinish" wears off from normal use

This faucet appeared to be the perfect fit for our new vanity. However, in just a few days of normal use, the bronze finish started wearing off. We have a whole-house water filtration system, so the water is not the issue. And, we do not use any harsh chemicals for cleaning, only Simple Green. Easy installation for a good-looking bronze faucet

We needed a faucet that would stick out about 6" for the vanity and sink we recently purchased, and this was the perfect fit. The installation was easy due to the simple instructions, and the pieces click or screw together, so you don't need to mess with plumber's putty. Leaks

I purchased this faucet at Lowe's. I was very impressed with the look and feel of the faucet. Installation was easy. Would have been easier before countertop had been installed, but unfortunately, that was not an option with my vanity. Valves functioned perfectly. Very smooth. 1.2 gallons pm. insanely low, thanks cailifornia!!

Buyer beware. This is only 1.2 gallons per minute. Meaning if you own a 40 gallon garden tub it will take 30 mins or more to fill your tub. States it is for a bathtub and it’s not. A sink maybe but not a bathtub. I am not in California so why suck a low water flow????

Excellent faucet

Absolutely love this faucet. The style and the finish definitely completed and added to our bathroom remodel. The finish itself matched beautifully, and was a color we really couldn't find elsewhere. Well engineered faucet

This faucet has obviously been engineered to take out maximum cost but quality materials are used where it matters. Some low cost faucets have flimsy feeling valves but not this one, despite its having plastic stems. Installation was super easy, no more plumber's putty or caulk. No set screws to attach the handles, the escutcheons simply thread onto the valves. I also appreciated the quick-connect supply lines. Inexperience Installer

Instructions were so simple and easy to follow. My 16 yo daughter was able to follow the instructions understand what needed to be done. I answered questions and guided her but she did the work, having that time was a great opportunity for bonding and teaching.

Bath faucet

This is a great faucet. It goes very well with the new vanity and the wife is pleased. Easy to install, fittings all connected well, and the performance is spot on. Only trouble I had was with the drain. The threads on the retainer but did not seat the drain as the basin was thin, it was a farm style sink, so I had to make a 1 inch thick shim.
