First Impressions: The outside of the box had more information than one would expect, a mini manual. Inside, the sharpener was well packed but easy to remove. The handy cardboard reference guide and belt storage device was a welcome feature. Sometimes little things can mean a lot. Great tool for new users & the prive is worth the
This is the first time I've used a tool like this, the ease of use was helpful & video one can see on You Tube. The gentlemen explained the uses clearly. One improvement would be to actually show how to use it with different knives.

after a few times sharpening knives ,, i would not use this for expensive knives .. and agree with many of the negative reviews .. however if you have cheep kitchen or other type knives ,,this sharpener will work fine .. and will easily sharpen dull dull knives faster .. to put some sharpness to be satisfactory for everyday use ... but i also have the manual precision worksharp sharpener and i will only use that on my expensive japanese 15 degree kitchen knives . ..
Works great, can sharpen a lot of knifes quickly
I got this and immediatly sharpened about a dozen knifes we had at home, and then over 30 knives at our church. I needed to get some more sandpaper belts to do all that but it worked great! Remember to wear some kind of respiratory protection... the metal dust does get airborne and also the cuttings / dust will get spread out a bit on your work area ;-)

I'd ordered it on a whim, as those kitchen knives sometimes need a little tune up. My father is a chef, so I know how important proper knife care is. okay but nothing great it works but not to sure I like it. I own other products better than this so I will stick with other products I own. I guess there is need for improvement
Blade Sander for All Blades
The tool comes with different sanding belts so it can sand everything; scissors to lawnmower blades. The belts are easy to change. It comes with recommendations for which belt to use for each blade type. It seems built well but it is lightweight. The sanding "head" swivels but locks in to place.

I've wanted one of these for a while! The sharpener was packed very well and included all parts/pieces required to function. Now, If you're like me, you appreciate a sharp knife or any tool used for cutting. Finding a good tool to make that happen has always been a challenge. This sharpener may be the ticket. I believe after using this tool that belt sharpening is much better than a carbide style sharpener. ie dragging a blade between two pieces of fixed carbide to form a cutting surface. ...
